Featuring some of the mellowest dirt in the area, the trails around Lake Los Carneros are perfect for beginners. There are miles of trails to choose from, ranging from easy asphalt to hard-packed dirt. There's also a main path circling the lake, if you're looking for something simple.
What Makes It Great
The trails are wide enough to accommodate bikers, walkers and runners. There is very little shade, so bring the sunscreen and water. There are services onsite as well as additional family activities to enjoy, and you're constantly accompanied by mountain and lake views. Great recreational area for the family!
Who is Going to Love It
It's a family friendly setting, so the rides are perfect for kids and beginning mountain bikers.
